“FUJI-TOPAK” FW3200/BS/B, co-developed by TOPAK and Fuji Machinery Co., is a servo drive box motion back seal wrapper that is suitable for packing loose or scattered items without using trays.

【Standard Features】

• Servo motor drive system is maintenance-free and requires no lubrication. Timing belt drive mechanism is noise-free and provides low vibration during high speed operation.
• Suitable for packing loose or scattered items without using trays. Bottom film feed system transfers products from in-feed conveyor to film tube accurately and conveniently.
• Hygienic stainless steel cover for easy cleaning.
• Box Motion end sealer produces neat and tight packages with strong and hermetic seals.
• User friendly touch panel operation equipped with access levels and memory recorder functions for precise operation and troubleshooting.
• Main Controller has high expansibility; other features such as auto feeders may be added on and integrated in the future.
• Optional “PACKLESS” function automatically stops the wrapper when no product is being fed, saving packaging film.
• Optional “CUTLESS” function prevents product jam at end sealers.
• Optional automatic film splicer function automatically applies new film roll when old film roll runs out, eliminating the down-time caused by changing film roll.
